Hibiki 21 year old is a paragon of Japanese craftsmanship. Released in 1994, rare malts matured at least 21 years are carefully scrutinized and vatted for this blend. The key malts are Yamazaki whiskies aged in sherry casks. They are paired with mellow grain whiskies that are also at least 21 years old and have been precisely selected.
