Tasting Notes - Nose: On the nose, the tangy intensity of green apple and citrus fruit and the freshness of mineral nuances and white flowers are immediately apparent, while elegant notes of brioche, cereal and fresh nuts are not far behind.
Tasting Notes - Palate: On the palate, there's a generous amount of white fruit, such as pear, peach and apple, an abundance of fine bubbles and the soft vivacity of citrus fruit and gooseberries.
Tasting Notes - Finish: The finish is vibrant, fruity like the palate and round and subtle in the end.
