Herencia Medium-hard Cheese wedge - 250gr

Made entirely by hand, exclusively with raw milk from La Mancha sheep raised under tightly-controlled hygiene, welfare, and nutrition conditions. Throughout this cheese’s four months of ripening it is capable of developing pronounced aromatic nuances. Smooth and buttery, it slides across the palate with subtlety and ample expression.
