Packets of acorn-fed Iberian pork loin. These are delicious pieces of different parts of the pig, which after being marinated, are macerated for between two and five days. After this they are stuffed into natural tripe casings and they pass through a wooden hood for a few hours, where holm oak charcoal is burnt very slowly. This process slightly dries the product and confers it an extraordinary bouquet.
