Tasting Notes - Nose: Fragrant with notes of incense, nutmeg, heather and scented honey with a fruity softness. Redolent of cherry, pineapple, toast and raspberry jam. Very light smokiness and a touch of sherry.
Tasting Notes - Body: Scents of spices and honeyed plump fruits. Syrupy, with lots of vanilla and fudge and just a whisper of smoke on the finish.
Tasting Notes - Palate: Lively fresh fruit flavours (tangerines and nectarines), fudge, cocoa powder and the merest whisper of peat.
Tasting Notes - Finish: Full and smooth, long fruity glow of Seville oranges in a slow dry finish.
